Training for Organisations

Supporting neurodivergent people at work isn’t just about awareness—it’s about knowing what to do in practice.

I deliver training that helps organisations move beyond theory and into confident, informed action. Whether you’re supporting staff, service users, or both, my training equips your team with the understanding and practical tools they need to respond effectively.

What I Offer

I provide training across ADHD and wider neurodiversity, tailored to your organisation, your teams, and the realities of your work.

Sessions are practical, engaging, and grounded in real-world scenarios—designed to be immediately useful, not just interesting.

Training can be delivered online or in person, and ranges from short awareness sessions to full-day, in-depth programmes.

Areas I Cover

Training can include:

  • Understanding ADHD and neurodiversity in real-world contexts

  • How neurodivergence shows up in the workplace

  • Supporting staff with ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles

  • Reasonable adjustments (for employees and services)

  • Communication, expectations, and reducing overwhelm

  • Emotional regulation, rejection sensitivity, and burnout

  • Creating inclusive systems—not just expecting individuals to adapt

  • Working effectively with neurodivergent clients or service users

I also offer sessions linked to equality, protected characteristics, and anti-hate approaches for frontline teams.

Who It’s For

My training is designed for:

  • Line managers and leaders

  • HR and People teams

  • Frontline staff and service providers

  • Organisations working in mental health, charities, local authorities, and public services

My Approach

My style is direct, thoughtful, and grounded in experience.

I don’t just explain what ADHD is—I focus on what it means for your organisation, your people, and your day-to-day work. Sessions balance clear explanations with practical strategies, reflection, and discussion.

The aim is for your team to leave not just understanding more—but knowing what to do differently.

Fantastic training, in large part due to the trainer, Sophie. She was very open and honest about her own experiences with ADHD and gave so much opportunity to learn, ask questions and share situations. It really did open your eyes to the complexities of ADHD and pull you out of that ignorant mindset that everyone generally has around how it works, how it looks day to day and longer term.
